Challenge:
Many clients were spending hours—sometimes days—drafting newsletters, blogs, workshop scripts, and client-facing materials. Despite trying ChatGPT, the output felt generic, misaligned with their tone, and required heavy editing. This led to abandonment or misuse of the tool.

My Approach:
I designed custom GPTs and prompt frameworks tailored to each client’s brand voice, content archetype, and psychological preferences. We identified what not to say (certain phrases, tones, or vocabulary) and trained the AI to write in a voice that was emotionally and strategically aligned with the client’s audience. I also created reusable prompt templates that mapped to specific outcomes (e.g., “generate a thought-leadership blog from a podcast transcript”).

Results:

  • Clients reported a 16× increase in speed to first draft.

  • Time spent on structuring, ideating, and formatting was cut drastically.

  • Instead of wrestling with ChatGPT, clients started using it as a trusted assistant, producing high-quality rough drafts that aligned with their vision.
